BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
• the client deposits 35% of the booking through bank transfer
• INSURANCE: the client can insurance his reservation through a Booking Protection by Allianz Global Assistance
• The client provides the hotel his credit card information (name, number, expiration date, cvc number) as guarantee for the reservation. The hotel will pre-charge 35% of the total reservation amount only 20 days prior the arrival date, the client could settle the total final bill directly in hotel

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
• Cancellation at least 20 days prior to the check-in date is free of charge.
• Cancellation from 19 days to 11 days before the check-in date: the hotel will hold the 35% deposit for a future booking in the same season.
• Cancellation from 10 days to 5 days before the check-in date: the hotel will keep the 35% deposit.
• Cancellation from 4 days before the check-in date: the hotel will keep the 35% deposit and apply a 35% penalty equivalent to 80% of the total reservation
• If the client insured his reservation through a Booking Protection by Allianz Global Assistance, the cancellation policies refer to the Allianz insurance contract. The hotel will refund the amount of unused meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) this only for reservations with the official rate, not for the offers, packages or any promotional rate.

SPECIAL OFFERS:
Special offers are applicable only to bookings made during the period of publication of the offer. Offers are not cumulative. In case of cancellation, you will be charged a penalty equivalent to 100% of the total cost of your stay.

EARLY DEPARTURE:
• The customer will be charged the cost of one room for the remaining days of stay deducting the amount of unused meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) this only for reservations with the official rate, not for the offers, packages or any promotional rate.
• In case the client insured his reservation through a Booking Protection by Allianz Global Assistance, the cancellation policies refer to the Allianz insurance contract.

Article 10 of the Hotels and Tourism Syndicate of Belluno province states: "Early departures - clients who depart from the hotel earlier than the date contracted must pay the hotelier the room-only rate for the remaining period agreed in the booking".

PAYMENT:
Payments may be done in the following methods:

• CASH (till 999,00 euro)
• CHECK (on the day of arrival)
• CREDID CARD or DEBIT CARD (Visa - Mastercard - Maestro) attention: offer, packages or at any type of promotional rate will be charge 1% for the credit card commission

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
On the day of arrival, the room will be available from 14:00. Guests arriving for lunch will have their rooms available as soon as possible. On the day of departure, the room must be checked out by 10:00 o’clock.

BOARD:
HALF or FULL BOARD treatments are offered for a minimum of three day stay.

GENERAL ASPECTS:
It is not permitted to bring third parties into the room. For families with children, these must be watched and should not disturb other guests.
