The Hotel alla Posta boasts a kitchen which preserves traditional flavours while catering for modern tastes. We offer a vast selection of dishes to satisfy our guests' appetites.  Choice of ingredients is fundamental for our kitchen: for us the ingredients are as important as our chef's skill in turning them into delicious dishes which we are proud to serve to our clients. Nothing is improvised or left to chance, every dish contains the passion, knowledge and culinary art which has always distinguished the chefs who over time have helped to raise the Hotel alla Posta's kitchen to a standard of excellence which has been recognised by experts such as the Michelin Guide and the Gambero Rosso Guide.  We offer menus for all tastes, including dishes for vegetarians and coeliacs.
